The posting

Je komt terecht in een internationale productieomgeving in Oostkamp waar ongeveer 700 medewerkers elektromechanische componenten voor de automobielsector maken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan onderdelen voor ABS- en ESP-systemen, wheel speed sensoren en verschillende toepassingen binnen stuurbekrachtiging en andere auto-elektronica.

Binnen de organisatie wordt sterk ingezet op opleiding, veiligheid en samenwerking. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die hun vak kennen en krijgt de kans om zelf stap voor stap expertise op te bouwen.

Jobomschrijving

Als technieker matrijzen ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, herstellen en ombouwen van matrijzen die in het productieproces worden gebruikt.

  • Je bereidt matrijzen voor zodat de productie vlot kan opstarten.
  • Je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan matrijzen.
  • Je helpt bij het optimaliseren van matrijzen en zoekt mee naar oplossingen wanneer iets niet correct werkt.
  • Je controleert onderdelen nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat alles technisch in orde is.
  • Je gebruikt technische schema's en informatie op de computer om je werkzaamheden correct uit te voeren.
  • Je voert waar nodig kleine laswerken uit.
  • Je denkt vooruit en probeert in te schatten welke problemen tijdens de productie kunnen ontstaan.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met collega's over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en aandachtspunten.
  • Je zorgt voor een volledige overdracht wanneer je een matrijs hebt aangepast of hersteld.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie en andere technische collega's om de continuïteit van het machinepark te ondersteunen.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd (idealiter mechanische vormgevingen of elektromechanica), of beschikt over een eerste relevante technische ervaring.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt logisch nadenken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je kunt langdurig geconcentreerd werken.
  • Je vindt fijn montagewerk interessant.
  • Je denkt graag vooruit en probeert te anticiperen op mogelijke problemen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt ook vlot met collega's.
  • Je staat open voor opleiding en feedback.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken.
