Bij Charless Group krijg je de kans om ervaring op te bouwen als technieker binnen een industriële omgeving. Je leert bij op de werkvloer, wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s en groeit stap voor stap in je functie.

Charless Group is een outsourcingpartner in techniek, productie en logistiek. We ondersteunen bedrijven met betrouwbare vakmensen die installaties draaiende houden, storingen oplossen en productieprocessen vlot laten verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als junior technieker ondersteun je ervaren collega’s bij onderhoud, herstellingen en storingen aan machines en installaties.

Je taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

• Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines en technische installaties

• Technische storingen helpen opsporen en oplossen

• Mechanische en elektrische herstellingen ondersteunen

• Onderdelen controleren en vervangen, zoals lagers, riemen, sensoren of motoren

• Technische schema’s, onderhoudsplannen en werkinstructies leren gebruiken

• Meedenken over veilige en praktische oplossingen

• Ordelijk, veilig en nauwkeurig werken

• Stap voor stap zelfstandiger worden in je functie

Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen. Motivatie, technisch inzicht en de wil om bij te leren zijn voor ons het belangrijkst.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die net is afgestudeerd of binnenkort afstudeert in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica, onderhoudstechnieken, industriële wetenschappen, lassen-constructie, autotechnieken of een gelijkaardige opleiding.

Je past goed bij deze functie als je:

• Interesse hebt in machines, techniek en industrie

• Graag met je handen werkt

• Logisch nadenkt bij technische problemen

• Leergierig bent en openstaat voor begeleiding

• Correct, betrouwbaar en stipt bent

• Veilig en nauwkeurig wil werken

• Goed kan samenwerken met collega’s

Ervaring is geen must. Motivatie en de juiste werkmentaliteit zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• Je hebt minstens een technisch A2-diploma

• Je hebt basiskennis van elektriciteit, mechanica of elektromechanica

• Je wil bijleren via praktijkervaring

• Je werkt graag in een industriële omgeving

• Je kan instructies goed opvolgen

• Je bent flexibel naar taken en werkomgeving

• Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands

• Je hebt bij voorkeur een rijbewijs B
