Junior Technisch Manager | Wonen Beschrijving De gevels van een wooncomplex zijn aan een grote onderhoudsbeurt toe, een blok cv-installaties moet collectief vervangen worden en een leverancier heeft net een offerte ingediend voor het schilderwerk van de galerijen. Jij bekijkt wat voorrang heeft, schakelt met collega's en leveranciers en bewaakt de budgetten, zodat het onderhoud op tijd en goed wordt uitgevoerd. Namens de eigenaren van deze woningen zorgt MVGM dat het vastgoed goed onderhouden blijft: van het dak tot de installaties in de woning zelf. Als Junior Technisch Manager draag jij daar in deze startersfunctie aan bij, en krijg je onder begeleiding alle ruimte om door te groeien tot technisch specialist op het gebied van residentieel vastgoed. Dit ga je doen: • Contact onderhouden met vastgoedeigenaren, collega's en leveranciers • Onderhoudsbegrotingen opstellen en beheren • Onderhoudsopdrachten verstrekken en coördineren • Onderhoudswerkzaamheden aanbesteden en begeleiden binnen de vastgestelde budgetten • Kwaliteit en voortgang van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden controleren; hiervoor ben je zo'n 40% van je tijd op pad met je leaseauto van de zaak • Aanwezig zijn bij kwartaaloverleggen met opdrachtgevers Dit ben jij: Je hebt interesse in techniek en vastgoed en vindt het leuk om zaken te organiseren en te coördineren. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, houdt overzicht over verschillende werkzaamheden en schakelt makkelijk met collega's, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers. Ook bij onverwachte situaties blijf je rustig en denk je in oplossingen.
