Voor onze afdeling FRIS Vastgoed Management zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Technisch Manager. 40 Aantal uur A'dam Locatie HBO Werk- en denkniveau Als Junior Technisch Manager houd je je bezig met het dagelijks technisch beheer van woningcomplexen. Daarbij combineer je werkzaamheden op kantoor met bezoeken aan onze complexen. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onderhoudsmeldingen en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed worden uitgezet, opgevolgd en afgerond. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren technisch managers, huurders, leveranciers en aannemers. Zo leer je alle facetten van technisch vastgoedmanagement kennen: van dagelijkse onderhoudsmeldingen en inspecties tot planmatig onderhoud en grotere renovatieprojecten. Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om te leren, initiatief te nemen en stap voor stap steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te krijgen. Dit is wat je o.a. doet Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit een combinatie van dagelijks technisch beheer, binnendienstwerkzaamheden en ondersteuning bij projecten . Zo houd je je bezig met: - het aannemen, beoordelen en coördineren van technische onderhoudsmeldingen; - het uitzetten van onderhouds- en reparatieverzoeken bij leveranciers en aannemers; - het bewaken van de voortgang van openstaande onderhoudsmeldingen en werkbonnen; - het onderhouden van contact met huurders over de status en planning van werkzaamheden; - het controleren of uitgevoerde werkzaamheden correct en naar tevred...
