Onze klant is een Belgische specialist in oplossingen voor duurzaam en energiezuinig bouwen. Het bedrijf ondersteunt bouwprofessionals met isolatie- en luchtdichtheidsoplossingen, technisch advies en gespecialiseerde bouwmetingen.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij technisch aangelegd, graag onderweg en geïnteresseerd in duurzaam en energiezuinig bouwen? Als Junior Technisch Medewerker Bouwmetingen voer je technische metingen uit op verschillende bouwwerven in Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië.

Ervaring met luchtdichtheidsmetingen of BlowerDoor-tests is niet noodzakelijk. Je krijgt een grondige interne opleiding en gaat in het begin samen met een ervaren collega op pad.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van luchtdichtheidsmetingen en BlowerDoor-tests op woningen en gebouwen.
  • Opsporen en analyseren van luchtlekken volgens de geldende normen.
  • Interpreteren van meetresultaten en opstellen van duidelijke technische rapporten.
  • Bespreken van de resultaten met klanten en adviseren over mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Beantwoorden van technische vragen rond luchtdichtheid en BlowerDoor-metingen.
  • Administratief opvolgen van opdrachten, van offerte tot facturatie.
  • Klaarzetten van meetapparatuur voor verhuur en verkoop.
  • Zelfstandig verplaatsen naar verschillende bouwwerven in Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië.

Naarmate je ervaring groeit, kan je jouw takenpakket verder uitbreiden met het geven van opleidingen en het uitvoeren van thermografische, akoestische en ventilatiemetingen.

Je uitvalsbasis bevindt zich in regio Mechelen, maar voor deze functie ben je voornamelijk op de baan.

Dit ben jij:

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor in een bouwkundige of technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door opleiding of ervaring.
  • Je bent een gemotiveerde starter of hebt maximaal enkele jaren relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Ervaring met bouwmetingen, luchtdichtheid, BlowerDoor of thermografie is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in duurzaam en energiezuinig bouwen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je opdrachten.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en legt technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier uit.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en leert gemakkelijk nieuwe digitale toepassingen en ERP-systemen aan.
  • Je bent flexibel naar werkuren. Vroeg starten en uitzonderlijk avond- of weekendwerk vormen voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent graag onderweg.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook thuis binnen een klein en hecht team.
