Data inzetten om de behandeling van zeldzame hersentumoren te verbeteren: dat is waar jouw werk direct impact maakt. In samenwerking met de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) sla jij de brug tussen geavanceerde MRI-analyses en de dagelijkse medische praktijk. Binnen een landelijk onderzoeksproject met onder andere het Radboudumc en Maastricht UMC+ duik jij in geavanceerde DCE-perfusie MRI's van vestibulair schwannomen (brughoektumoren). Met jouw AI-modellen en algoritmes help je artsen om tumorgroei en behandelrespons beter te voorspellen, wat patiënten in de toekomst veel gerichtere zorg oplevert. Jouw werkzaamheden op een rij - Je ontwikkelt AI-modellen en algoritmes voor geautomatiseerde DCE-perfusie MRI-analyses. - Je toetst en vergelijkt de betrouwbaarheid van jouw nieuwe modellen nauwkeurig met de huidige rekenmethodes. - Je bouwt geavanceerde voorspellingsmodellen door medische beeldvorming slim te combineren met klinische patiëntdata. - Je realiseert een all-in-one multicenter prototype dat automatische segmentatie en groeivoorspelling mogelijk maakt. - Je werkt binnen het landelijke ZonMw-project nauw samen met collega-onderzoekers van onder meer het Radboudumc, Maastricht UMC+, MAASTRO en Isala. Je arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris & toeslagen Je krijgt een salaris tussen de € 3.463,- en € 4.914,- bruto per maand (bij 36 uur), passend bij je opleiding en ervaring. Deze inschaling is in FWG 50 volgens de cao Ziekenhuizen. Boven op je salaris ontvang je vakantietoeslag en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
