Onze klant is een internationaal productiebedrijf. De familiale KMO behoort tot de top in Europa en ook als werkgever probeert het zich te onderscheiden als de beste door hun menselijke aanpak. Omwille van een promotie, gaat het bedrijf vandaag op zoek naar jong talent om als technisch manager binnen de productie aan de slag te gaan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Technisch Manager word je klaargestoomd om alles van techniek, technisch onderhoud en technisch personeel, te managen in het productiepark. Je krijgt hiertoe een grondige opleiding waarna je zelfstandig aan de slag kan. Je start zelf eerst uitvoerend als technieker en leert vervolgens stap voor stap de kneepjes van het vak. Eens je het machinepark en de collega's door en door kent, zul je als technisch verantwoordelijke instaan voor volgende taken:

  • Opstellen van een onderhoudsplanning
  • Prioriteiten bepalen in stilstanden en storingen
  • Aansturen van een team van techniekers
  • Technisch ondersteunen bij defecten
  • Proactief zoeken naar verbeterpunten en optimalisaties
  • Waken over veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Brugfunctie vormen tussen verschillende diensten

Je werkt in je job nauw samen met de plantmanager. De persoon waar je ook steeds op kan terugvallen.

Ben jij het talent die we zoeken? Dan kun je je ongewtijfeld herkennen in onderstaande criteria:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een technische bachelorsdiploma in de richting van elektromechanica of aanverwant.
  • Idealiter kun je een eerste praktische ervaring voorleggen, echter komen ambitieuze schoolverlaters ook in aanmerking.
  • Gesteund op je studies en eventuele praktische ervaring ben je sterk gevormd op vlak van elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica en pneumatica.
  • Een basiskennis van automatisering is mooi meegenomen.
  • Daarnaast heb je goede IT-skills( MS-Office) en kun je overweg met Autocad.
  • Als persoon ben je een geboren leider.
  • Je kunt vlot overweeg met mensen en heb de capaciteit om een trekkersrol op te nemen.
  • Een vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands helpen je om mensen te enthousiasmeren en te motiveren.
