Wat ga je doen: Als Junior Teeltmanager ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de teelt op één van onze teeltlocaties in De Lier. Je bent de rechterhand van de Teeltmanager en gezamenlijk stuur je de teelt en zorg je voor de topkwaliteit van onze pluischrysanten. Het hele teeltproces volg je op de voet. Zijn de instellingen op de klimaatcomputer ideaal voor de juiste condities? Moeten we eerder watergeven, wordt het gewas aangetast door een ziekte of plaag en wordt het tijd voor gewasbescherming? Bij afwezigheid van de Bedrijfsleider ben je het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en verzorg je de arbeidsplanning. Oftewel; een zeer complete en uitdagende functie waar wij jou de mogelijk bieden om jouw kwaliteiten te ontwikkelen!
