We zoeken vooral iemand die nieuwsgierig is, graag leert en energie krijgt van het oplossen van problemen. Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn Score Utica, een Managed Service Provider uit Utrecht. Wij helpen organisaties met telecom, netwerken, cloud en werkplekken. Van telefonie en wifi tot firewalls en internetverbindingen. Onze klanten bellen ons niet omdat ze alles van techniek weten. Ze bellen ons omdat iets moet werken. En jij bent vaak de eerste die ze helpt. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Telecom & Netwerk Support Engineer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt gebruikers met vragen, lost storingen op en zorgt ervoor dat meldingen goed worden geregistreerd en opgevolgd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Oplossen van 1e lijns incidenten via telefoon, e-mail en TOPdesk - Onderzoeken van meldingen rondom telefonie, wifi, internet en mobiele aansluitingen - Uitvoeren van standaard wijzigingen zoals gebruikersmutaties, doorschakelingen en toestelconfiguraties - Simwissels en mobiele netwerkvragen - Monitoren van telecom- en netwerkdiensten - Bijhouden van tickets, voortgang en klantupdates - Samenwerken met medior en senior engineers bij complexere vraagstukken Je hoeft niet alles te weten Sterker nog: dat verwachten we ook niet.
