Door jouw kostprijsberekeningen wint Denys aan bouwprojecten. Want jij maakt de offertes op van multidisciplinaire en (inter)nationale bouwwerken.

Met jouw rekenwerk zetten we aanvragen om tot een orderintake.

Hoe je dag er precies uitziet?

  • Je berekent de offertes voor potentiële bouwprojecten door het prijsvraagdossier te analyseren, de productiviteit in te schatten, de totaalprijs voor de levering van materialen in te calculeren … en dit tot in alle details.
  • Hiervoor neem je contact met collega’s, leidinggevenden, onderaannemers en leveranciers voor prijsaanvragen. Zo verscherp je de offertes.
  • Grotendeels werk je zelfstandig op kantoor, en plan je zelf je agenda efficiënt zodat je de deadlines vlot haalt.
  • Je inschattingen verfijn je door ter plekke het toekomstige bouwterrein te verkennen.

Build numbers, dream big!

Als tender engineer bij Denys ben je zelfstandig, je bepaalt zelf hoe en wanneer je jouw tijd invult. Wanneer er een deadline nadert, piek je op je best en ben je in ieder geval goed voorbereid.

Als je een dossier analyseert, stel je je doortastend op. Je zoekt naar elementen of constructieve zijwegen die het project mogelijk maken.

En je ervaart geen drempels om contact te leggen met de markt.

Verder verwachten we:

  • een master- of bachelordiploma in de ingenieurswetenschappen of industriële wetenschappen richting bouwkunde. Al een eerste relevante werkervaring als tender engineer achter de rug? Perfect maar geen must.
  • goede schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
