Vanuit het kantoor in Rotterdam ondersteun je de Territory Managers bij het uitwerken van commerciële trajecten, het onderhouden van klantcontacten en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe verkoopkansen. Je verkoopt niet alleen nieuwe WKK-installaties, maar adviseert klanten ook over servicecontracten, revisies en toekomstbestendige energieoplossingen. Deze functie is een uitstekende start van je carrière. In je eerste jaar leer je de organisatie, producten, klanten en markt van binnenuit kennen. Je krijgt volop de ruimte om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je groeit uit tot een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor klanten, bouwt technische en commerciële kennis op en legt zo de basis om door te groeien naar de rol van Territory Manager met een eigen regio. Als specialist in warmtekrachtinstallaties (WKK), service en revisies ondersteunt de organisatie klanten bij het verduurzamen van hun energievoorziening en het waarborgen van de continuïteit van hun bedrijfsprocessen. Als onderdeel van Caterpillar combineert MWM Benelux ruim 150 jaar ervaring met de slagkracht van een internationale organisatie. Vanuit haar sterke positie binnen de glastuinbouw wil MWM Benelux de komende jaren verder groeien binnen industriële sectoren zoals food & beverage, datacenters, petrochemie en biogas. De organisatie zet daarbij in op een jaarlijkse groei van circa 10%, het verder uitbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties en een bredere commerciële propositie, waarbij naast service ook nieuwbouwprojecten een steeds belangrijkere rol spel...
