Als Junior Trader ben je dagelijks bezig met het opvolgen van vraag en aanbod binnen een snel veranderende markt. Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat producten op het juiste moment bij de juiste afnemer terechtkomen.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Actief aan- en verkopen van verse producten binnen België en Europa.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten, handelaars, groothandels en andere marktpartijen.
  • Opvolgen van vraag en aanbod in de markt.
  • Zoeken naar commerciële oplossingen wanneer volumes moeten worden afgezet of bijkomende producten moeten worden aangekocht.
  • Onderhandelen binnen de vooropgestelde commerciële marges en richtlijnen.
  • Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met bestaande en nieuwe klanten.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van sales, planning en operations om leveringen vlot te laten verlopen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring op zak. Schoolverlaters worden ook aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.
  • Een bacheloropleiding is een plus, maar belangrijker zijn je commerciële drive en leervermogen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon.
  • Je krijgt energie van verkopen, onderhandelen en deals sluiten.
  • Je bent ondernemend, proactief en durft initiatief nemen.
  • Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving waarin snel geschakeld moet worden.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
  • Nederlands beheers je uitstekend; bijkomende talen zijn een plus.
