Je volgt arbeidsrechtelijke ontwikkelingen op de voet en hebt een scherp gevoel voor de impact van wet- en regelgeving op HR en organisaties. Je bent analytisch sterk en weet juridische vraagstukken helder en praktisch te vertalen naar toepasbare kennis voor HR-professionals. Met jouw gestructureerde schrijfstijl en heldere uitleg maak je ingewikkelde materie toegankelijk, zonder de juridische nuance te verliezen. Daarnaast heb je interesse in technologische ontwikkelingen, zoals AI, en denk je na over de juridische implicaties hiervan binnen het arbeidsrecht en HR-domein. Je neemt graag het voortouw, deelt je expertise en werkt graag samen om kennis te ontwikkelen en te verspreiden. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat ga je als trainer/adviseur arbeidsrecht & HRM doen? Je maakt deel uit van een team van arbeidsjuristen binnen ons HR-platform RAP. Samen signaleren jullie relevante juridische en HR-ontwikkelingen en vertalen deze naar hoogwaardige, praktijkgerichte informatie voor onze klanten. Denk aan juridische duidingen, verdiepende artikelen en juridische advisering aan klanten van RAP. Jij levert hierin een inhoudelijk sterke bijdrage, initieert nieuwe onderwerpen en draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling, zowel intern als extern. Verder: Beantwoord je arbeidsrechtelijke vragen van HR-professionals en denk je mee over hoe zij jouw advies praktisch kunnen toepassen. Ontwikkel en geef je (online) trainingen over HR en arbeidsrechtelijke onderwerpen. Experimenteer je met nieuwe werkvormen om deelnemers te inspireren. Wat breng je mee? Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een arbeidsjuridische functie. Je hebt minimaal een relevante HBO-opleiding afgerond. Je neemt initiatief, denkt creatief en pakt uitdagingen aan met een out-of-the-box mindset. Je schrijft op een zorgvuldige en toegankelijke manier. Je wordt enthousiast van het trainen van groepen. Waar kom je te werken? Je komt terecht bij RAP, een afdeling met 22 collega’s waar een informele en open sfeer heerst. _ong en ervaren werken hier fijn samen om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen. Jij maakt deel uit van het content team met zes collega’s en bent samen met drie anderen verantwoordelijk voor de sector overheid. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met sales en marketing zodat jouw content perfect aansluit bij de behoeften van onze doelgroep. Heb je een goed idee voor een softwareverbetering? Dan horen we dat graag, want jouw input wordt echt gewaardeerd. Ons product RAP Het HR-platform RAP bestaat al 30 jaar en is een digitale omgeving voor de afdeling HRM én voor medewerkers/leidinggevenden. Met RAP hebben medewerkers altijd en overal toegang tot de arbeidsvoorwaarden van hun organisatie. Voor de afdeling HR is RAP een digitale kennispartner, waarin allerlei HR-onderwerpen, cao-teksten en wet- en regelgeving praktisch uitgewerkt zijn. De HR-omgeving bevat content zoals juridische informatie, cao-nieuws, voorbeeldovereenkomsten, checklists en FAQ’s.
