Onze klant in de omgeving van Willebroek verzorgt onze klant de dagelijkse distributie van voeding naar grote supermarktketens.

Als Junior Transport Coördinator zorg jij dat de vrachtwagens op tijd vertrekken zodat de winkelrekken vol blijven. Ben je pas afgestudeerd in de logistiek? Geen probleem! Je krijgt een grondige interne opleiding. Het werk vindt plaats in een tweeploegenstelsel (vroege en late shift), waarbij je afwisselend werkt tussen 06:00u en 22:00u. Deze shifts zorgen voor een fijne afwisseling: de ene week heb je een vrije middag, de andere week kun je rustig uitslapen of sporten in de ochtend.

Taken

  • In deze rol neem jij de leiding over de volledige routeplanning voor zowel eigen vrachtwagens als externe charters.
  • Je stuurt chauffeurs vlot aan en voorziet hen van alle nodige informatie om de strakke leveringstijden te halen.
  • Jouw focus ligt op het bewaken van de beladingsgraad en het continu bijsturen van ritten bij onvoorziene wijzigingen.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met het magazijn om de laad- en losmomenten naadloos op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • In deze functie verwerk je alle transportdocumentatie en rittenregistraties zorgvuldig in het digitale systeem.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten in het proces en stelt direct verbeteringen voor om de transportefficientie te verhogen.

Profiel

  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen de FMCG markt in een troef.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in shiften en af en toe in het weekend.
  • Goede kennis van MS Excel.
