Als transportplanner zorg jij ervoor dat verschillende zendingen van meerdere klanten soepel samenkomen en op de juiste manier verder worden vervoerd. Jij bent de schakel tussen planning, administratie en klantcontact – een echte spin in het web!

Nog geen ervaring als Transportplanner, maar wel kennis van logistieke processen? Dan zijn er zeker mogelijkheden. Je wordt intern begeleid en krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot volwaardig Transportplanner.

Je begint je dag als transportplanner met het verwerken en aanmelden van binnengekomen zendingen. Ondertussen houd je contact met klanten en ontvangers: je laat weten wanneer leveringen plaatsvinden en informeert hen als iets anders loopt dan gepland. Je schakelt snel, denkt vooruit en houdt altijd het overzicht, ook als de druk oploopt.

Daarnaast:

- Verwerk je orders en zorg je dat alles volgens afspraak wordt uitgeleverd; - Regel je de administratie en houd je alles netjes op orde; - Signaleer je knelpunten en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen; - Werk je nauw samen met interne afdelingen om alles soepel te laten verlopen.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Gewoon aanpakken, meedenken en zorgen dat het klopt.

Als transportplanner ben jij iemand die overzicht houdt, vooruitdenkt en niet snel opgeeft. Ook ben je communicatief sterk en servicegericht. Daarnaast:

- Heb je mbo werk en denkniveau; - Heb je ervaring binnen de logistieke sector, bijvoorbeeld in een logistiek administratieve functie, als planner of in een operationele logistieke rol; - Heb je kennis van logistieke processen en ben je gewend om met logistieke systemen te werken; - Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed en kun je je redden in het Engels;
