Jobomschrijving

Als Transportplanner vorm je de cruciale schakel tussen klanten, chauffeurs en de operationele werking.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het koppelen van transportopdrachten aan de juiste chauffeurs en voertuigen
  • Plannen van nationale en internationale transporten
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte inzet van een vloot met eigen chauffeurs
  • Coördineren van de volledige logistieke flow van aanvraag tot uitvoering
  • Dagelijks oplossen van onverwachte planningsuitdagingen
  • Opbouwen van een sterke samenwerking met chauffeurs en fungeren als hun aanspreekpunt
  • Correct opvolgen van transportadministratie en wettelijke verplichtingen
  • Werken met gespecialiseerde planningssoftware
  • Op termijn verder ontwikkelen van kennis rond transportdocumentatie en douaneformaliteiten

Must haves

  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring in planning, logistiek of transport is een plus, maar pas afgestudeerde maken ook kans!
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Hands-on ingesteldheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt overzicht onder druk
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om mee te draaien in een planningsteam

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring als transportplanner of logistiek planner
  • Kennis van transportwetgeving of douanedocumenten
  • Affiniteit met vrachtvervoer, logistiek of supply chain
  • Ervaring met planningssoftware
  • Basiskennis Engels & Frans
