Binnen het planningsteam wordt nauw samengewerkt en krijg je de kans om de volledige transportwerking grondig te leren kennen. Je bouwt expertise op in administratie, operationele opvolging en planning, met de mogelijkheid om op termijn steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Van transportopdracht tot correcte uitvoering

Als Junior Transportplanner zorg je ervoor dat transportopdrachten administratief correct worden verwerkt en operationeel goed worden opgevolgd. Je ondersteunt de planners, houdt klanten en chauffeurs op de hoogte en grijpt in wanneer informatie ontbreekt of een transport anders verloopt dan voorzien.

Concreet:

  • Je voert transportopdrachten correct in het ERP-systeem in en controleert alle ordergegevens.
  • Je verwerkt uitgevoerde transporten administratief en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers volledig worden afgesloten.
  • Je controleert transportdocumenten, laad- en losgegevens, referenties en verzegelingen.
  • Je volgt bijkomende kosten op, communiceert deze naar klanten en vraagt de nodige goedkeuringen.
  • Je ondersteunt de planners bij de dagelijkse opvolging en voorbereiding van de transportplanning.
  • Je signaleert operationele problemen en onderneemt actie om deze snel op te lossen.
  • Je neemt contact op met klanten wanneer informatie of referenties ontbreken.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met klanten en chauffeurs over vertragingen, wijzigingen en praktische vragen.
  • Je neemt na je inwerkperiode tijdens verlofperiodes mee planningstaken van collega's over.

Zo groei je van een sterke administratieve ondersteuning naar iemand die ook inhoudelijk mee verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor een vlotte planning.

Nauwkeurig, rustig en verantwoordelijk

Je werkt graag gestructureerd en krijgt voldoening van correcte dossiers, duidelijke afspraken en overzicht. Wanneer informatie ontbreekt, wacht je niet af. Je zoekt uit wat nodig is en zorgt ervoor dat het dossier verder kan.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma in Logistiek Management, Supply Chain, Bedrijfsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of planning is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kunt verschillende dossiers tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer de planning wijzigt of meerdere zaken tegelijk aandacht vragen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een troef.
