Krijg jij energie van een transportplanning die tot in de details klopt? Als Transportplanner Oosterhout zorg je dat chauffeurs, ladingen en levertijden slim op elkaar aansluiten. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel bij veranderingen en zorgt dat goederen op tijd hun bestemming bereiken. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Transportplanner Oosterhout zorg je voor een haalbare en efficiënte transportplanning voor leveringen binnen de Benelux. Voor onze opdrachtgever plan en verdeel je dagelijks transportritten en houd je rekening met beschikbare capaciteit, laadmomenten en afgesproken levertijden. Je volgt de ritten en grijpt in wanneer vertragingen, wijzigingen of andere onverwachte situaties ontstaan. Daarbij combineer je ladingen en beschikbare transportcapaciteit zo slim mogelijk om het logistieke proces efficiënt te laten verlopen. Ook zorg je dat chauffeurs en andere betrokken partijen steeds beschikken over de juiste informatie. Tijdens je werk heb je veel contact met chauffeurs, transporteurs, verkoop en logistieke medewerkers. Je stemt de transportplanning af, bewaakt de voortgang en lost knelpunten op voordat deze invloed hebben op de levering. Geen werkdag verloopt precies volgens planning, waardoor je regelmatig snel keuzes moet maken en prioriteiten moet stellen. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen transport, distributie en logistieke processen. Zo krijg je een verantwoordelijke positie waarin plannen, communiceren en praktisch problemen oplossen dagelijks samenkomen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen en verdelen van de dagelijkse transportritten binnen de Benelux; - Afstemmen van de transportplanning met chauffeurs, transporteurs, verkoop en logistiek; - Bewaken van laadmomenten, levertijden en beschikbare transportcapaciteit; - Volgen van geplande ritten en snel bijsturen bij wijzigingen of vertragingen; - Slim combineren van ritten, ladingen en beschikbare capaciteit; - Informeren van chauffeurs en betrokken medewerkers over de actuele plannin.
