Als junior triagist bij SOS Services krijg je de kans om flexibel en op afstand te werken binnen de acute huisartsenzorg. Dankzij jou blijven de huisartsenposten goed bereikbaar, ook in de weekenden, avonden en tijdens feestdagen. Ideale momenten om naast je studie en/of coschappen bij te verdienen. Zonder reistijd, lekker vanuit je eigen huis. In deze functie vervul je triage onder supervisie van een regiearts. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juiste urgentiebepaling, en zorgt ervoor dat elke patiënt de juiste zorg krijgt. Jouw eerdere werkervaring als junior triagist is daarbij essentieel, net als je kennis van softwaresystemen als Health Connected en/of Topicus, plus Vcare Webcall voor de telefonie. Eenmaal aan de slag? Dan word je natuurlijk ingewerkt met de werkafspraken van de huisartsenpost. Zo draai jij binnen no-time mee als een volwaardig teamlid op afstand, precies wanneer je daar het hardste nodig bent. Wat ga je doen? ● Telefonische triage van patiënten van de huisartsenpost. ● Het informeren/adviseren van de patiënt in afstemming met de regiearts. ● Werkprocessen organiseren. ● Patiënt- intake en triageprocessen vastleggen. ● Samenwerken met collega's en andere disciplines. Wie ben jij? ● Je hebt een bachelor geneeskunde behaald. ● Je hebt de opleiding tot junior triagist met goed gevolg afgerond (bezit van een certificaat of examenaudits). ● Je hebt daarnaast minimaal een jaar of 350 uur netto werkervaring als junior triagist op een huisartsenpost en je hebt niet langer dan 6 maanden geleden als zodanig gewerkt. ● Je bent minimaal 8 uur per week inzetbaar in het weekend. ● Je kan vanuit een rustige thuissetting met een stabiele internetverbinding werken, en je bent IT-vaardig. ● Je bent communicatief vaardig en assertief.
