Ben je op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke, uitdagende en leerzame bijbaan als junior triagist? Huisartsenspoedpost De Limes is op zoek naar jou! Flexibele werktijden, een goed salaris en interessante toeslagen! Een ongeruste moeder met een baby met vlekken, een oudere man met hartkloppingen, een doe-het-zelver met een snijwond, een hockeyer die haar knie heeft verdraaid: na kantoortijden bellen zij de spoedpost, en jij bent de eerste die hen te woord staat. Junior Triagist Leiderdorp Vanaf 2 diensten per maand (4 uur per week) Wat ga je doen: Eerst check je of er sprake is van een levensbedreigende situatie. Ja? Dan bel je de meldkamer en regel je een ambulance. Nee? Dan stel je de patiënt een aantal aanvullende vragen om te achterhalen of, en zo ja hoe snel, de patiënt moet worden gezien door een huisarts. Ongeruste patiënten stel je gerust. Verwarde patiënten probeer je te doorgronden. Opstandige patiënten probeer je te kalmeren. Minder urgente zorgvragen handel je zelf telefonisch af. In andere gevallen plan je een consult of visite of overleg je met de regie-arts (huisarts), onder wiens supervisie en verantwoordelijkheid je werkt. Dynamische baan! Het spoedeisende karakter maakt het werk enorm dynamisch: het tempo ligt hoog en geen dag is hetzelfde. Buiten de piekmomenten is er tijdens een dienst altijd wel even tijd voor een praatje met een collega-triagist, huisarts of chauffeur. Bij hen kan je ook terecht met een vraag of om even stoom af te blazen na een moeilijk gesprek of ingrijpende gebeurtenis. Ook je teamleider staat altijd voor je klaar. Zorgen doen we samen - met jou én voor jou. Werken buiten kantoortijd! Op de spoedpost werk je in wisselende diensten buiten kantoortijd: avonden, nachten, weekenden en feestdagen. Dat heeft z...
