Graag buiten werken, met je handen bezig zijn en elke dag zichtbaar resultaat neerzetten? Heb je al een eerste ervaring in de tuinbouw of een diploma tuinbouw op zak? Dan krijg je hier de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in het vak.

Je werkt als tweede man mee met de zaakvoerder en leert al doende de kneepjes van het vak. Geen dagen achter een bureau, maar gevarieerd werk op verschillende locaties in de regio Brugge.

Wat ga je doen? Samen met de zaakvoerder werk je mee aan de aanleg en het onderhoud van tuinen.

  • Aanleggen en onderhouden van tuinen
  • Snoeien, planten en verzorgen van groen
  • Grondwerken en voorbereidingen uitvoeren
  • Plaatsen van verhardingen en andere tuinelementen
  • Werken met verschillende tuinbouwmachines
  • Meehelpen bij de volledige afwerking van projecten
  • De werkplek netjes en verzorgd achterlaten

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en wordt stap voor stap zelfstandiger in je werk.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een klein en persoonlijk tuinbouwbedrijf in de regio Brugge. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerder en krijgt de kans om veel bij te leren in de praktijk.

Geen grote ploeg of ingewikkelde hiërarchie: je weet wat er van je verwacht wordt en ziet meteen het resultaat van je werk.

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in de tuinbouw of beschikt over een diploma tuinbouw
  • Je werkt graag buiten en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Je hebt interesse in tuinaanleg en groen
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en leert graag bij
  • Je ziet werk en wacht niet af tot iemand zegt wat je moet doen
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en komt afspraken na
  • Je werkt graag samen en staat open voor feedback
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, dit is een must.
