- Zuid-Holland - Geen - Scheepvaart Toevoegen favorieten 30-01-2026 13:56 Als Junior uitvoerder houd je je bezig met het uitvoeren van zware lading projecten bij een logistiek dienstverlener op het water. Bij deze sleeper krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie. Heb je op zee nog niet veel uren gemaakt, maar wil je graag aan de wal werken, dan is dit een mooie opstap. De functie is ook mogelijk in een junior rol. Jouw walbaan in bulletpoints: - Je bent betrokken bij de voorbereiding van de projecten o.a. door te begeleiden op de werf, lezen van method statements, adviseren van de projectmanager en de klant over de uitvoering van projecten. - Gedurende de uitvoering van projecten geef je leiding en zorg je ervoor dat het project tot een succes wordt gebracht. Je bewaakt de veiligheid. - Je bent tijdens de uitvoering van het project op locatie aanspreekpunt van o.a. je collega's op de sleepboten, de projectmanager, loodsen en de klant. - Je houdt de projectmanager op de hoogte van cruciale wijzigingen in het project tijdens de uitvoering en geeft achteraf terugkoppeling. - Buiten de projecten om, assisteer je op onze yard met het nalopen van de hulpmaterialen die voor de verschillende projecten ingezet worden. Gewenste vaardigheden en ervaring - Afgeronde opleiding MBO of HBO Maritiem Officier - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels en Nederlands Mogelijkheden om door te groeien - Er zijn voldoende mogelijkheden om door te groeien, ook een stap in de breedte is op termijn mogelijk.
