Nieuwegein Meer details (Junior) Uitvoerder Profiel (Junior) Uitvoerder Voor een opdrachtgever van remember tomorrow zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Uitvoerder. In deze startersfunctie word je opgeleid tot zelfstandig uitvoerder d.m.v. opleiding, coaching en training. Als Uitvoerder heb je veel verantwoordelijkheden en verschillende taken. Zo plan jij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in en hierbij stuur je de verschillende partijen aan tijdens de uitvoering. Ook zorg je bij deze planning voor een efficiënte inzet van materiaal en mensen. Verder bewaak jij samen met de senior uitvoerder/projectleider alle kosten en opbrengsten vanuit de projecten en zorg jij voor de administratieve zaken. Jij bent als uitvoerder zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk en je staat sterk in je schoenen. Je coacht en motiveert de ploegen om er voor te zorgen dat de projecten een juiste afronding hebben en binnen de financiële en planmatige kaders blijven. Je bent veel in contact met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers. Andere werkzaamheden; - Het signaleren van meer- en minderwerk en het goed op de hoogte blijven van alle ontwikkelingen en contracteisen binnen jouw projecten; - Projectadministratie beheren; - Projectmappen aanleggen en beheren; - Projecten intern coördineren; - Het ondersteunen van de senior uitvoerder/projectleider bij de financiële kant van de projecten; - Projectplanningen opstellen en bijhouden. Vereisten (Junior) Uitvoerder - Je hebt een afgeronde MBO opleiding in de richting van Milieu of Civiele Techniek; - Je bent een aangeboren leider en kunt goed gestructureerd en georganiseerd werken; - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de GWW; - Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in het vak; - Je ben vaardig in de omgang met verschillende MS Office programma's; - Je hebt ervaring met Metacom.
