Als Junior Bouwkundig Uitvoerder ben je dagelijks betrokken bij de realisatie van een mooi bouwproject. Je komt te werken bij een groot bouwbedrijf waar je een centrale rol hebt in de uitvoering op de bouwplaats. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt aan waar nodig en zorgt er samen met collega’s voor dat het project stap voor stap goed wordt uitgevoerd. Hieruit bestaan jouw werkzaamheden: - Bieden van ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse leiding over het personeel en de onderaannemers; - Toetsen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden aan de hand van de actuele tekeningen en de planning; - Opmerken van eventuele afwijkingen op de bouw en dit direct kortsluiten met de uitvoerder; - Meewerken aan een gestructureerde en veilige bouwplaats, onder begeleiding van een ervaren collega; - Scherp in de gaten houden van de bouwvoortgang, de geldende veiligheidsregels en de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk.

Als Junior Bouwkundig Uitvoerder krijg je veel vertrouwen en vrijheid op de bouwplaats. Je weet wat er nodig is om mensen, planning en veiligheid samen te brengen en laat je niet snel gek maken als de dag anders verloopt dan gepland. Dit neem je mee: - Je hebt minimaal een mbo-opleiding in de richting van bouwkunde afgerond; - Beschikt over een geldig VCA VOL-certificaat; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking met collega’s en partners op; - Goede motivatie om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen; - Je schakelt snel wanneer situaties veranderen en denkt in praktische oplossingen; - Rijbewijs B.
