Als Junior Uitvoerder GWW ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van diverse infrastructurele projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren uitvoerders en projectleiders en leert alle ins en outs van het vak. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden uitgevoerd. Je coördineert onderaannemers en materieel, bewaakt de voortgang en lost eventuele knelpunten op. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op de bouwplaats en zorg je voor naleving van alle wet- en regelgeving. Deze functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je start als Junior Uitvoerder en krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar Uitvoerder en uiteindelijk Projectleider. De organisatie investeert in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, trainingen en begeleiding door ervaren collega's. Je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te bewijzen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen binnen complexere projecten. Jouw taken in het kort: - Dagelijkse aansturing van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats; - Coördineren van onderaannemers, materieel en personeel; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van regelgeving; - Communiceren met opdrachtgevers, collega's en onderaannemers; - Bijdragen aan werkvoorbereiding en calculatie van projecten.
