Junior Uitvoerder Renovatie & Verduurzaming Als junior uitvoerder maak je echt impact en heb je veel doorgroeimogelijkheden! - Bouwkunde & Civiele Techniek Als Junior Uitvoerder Renovatie & Verduurzaming ben jij de rechterhand van de (hoofd)uitvoerder en leer je stap voor stap hoe je de dagelijkse leiding op een bouwproject neemt. Je staat midden op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, volgens planning en met de gewenste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, onderaannemers, leveranciers en woonconsulenten. Het ene moment bespreek je de planning met onderaannemers, het volgende moment controleer je de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Je houdt de voortgang scherp in de gaten, organiseert de juiste materiaalstromen en schakelt snel wanneer de planning dreigt af te wijken. Een belangrijk onderdeel van deze functie is het werken in bewoonde staat. Je hebt daarom niet alleen oog voor de technische uitvoering, maar ook voor de mensen die tijdens het project in en rondom hun woning wonen. - Verduurzaming van bestaande woningcomplexen; - Groot onderhoud aan woningen; - Renovatie van gevels en daken; - Transformatieprojecten waarbij bestaand vastgoed een nieuwe functie krijgt; - Projecten waarbij woningen en gebouwen toekomstbestendig worden gemaakt. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met collega's, onderaannemers en leveranciers en houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse uitvoering. Je houdt scherp in de gaten of werkzaamheden volgens planning verlopen. Zijn de juiste materialen op tijd aanwezig? Is de bezetting op orde? Dan signaleer jij dit tijdig en denk je mee over een oplossing. Je loopt regelmatig over de bouwplaats en controleert of werkzaamheden volgens afspraak en kwaliteitseisen worden uitgevoerd. Ook heb je oog voor technische details.
