Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel, veilig en volgens planning verlopen. Als aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats coördineer je de werkzaamheden van onderaannemers, leveranciers en collega's. Je stemt werkzaamheden op elkaar af, bewaakt de voortgang en houdt continu overzicht over alles wat er speelt. Daarbij ben je niet alleen bezig met planning en organisatie, maar ook met de kwaliteit van het werk. Je controleert de uitvoering, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat eventuele knelpunten tijdig worden opgelost. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van veiligheid op de bouwplaats. Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, signaleert risico's en spreekt mensen aan wanneer dat nodig is. Ook denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen. Je bewaakt de voortgang van het project door scherp te letten op planning, materiaalvoorziening en personeelsbezetting. Wanneer omstandigheden veranderen, schakel je snel en kom je met praktische oplossingen om het project op koers te houden. Tot slot zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie tussen de bouwplaats en het projectteam. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met uitvoerders, projectleiders, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen, zodat iedereen goed geïnformeerd blijft en optimaal kan samenwerken.
