Als Junior Uitvoerder Woningbouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren uitvoerders en projectleiders, waardoor je continu leert en jezelf ontwikkelt. Je krijgt de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en groeit stap voor stap door naar een zelfstandige rol als Uitvoerder. Jouw taken bestaan uit: - Coördineren van onderaannemers en toeleveranciers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering; - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van werkzaamheden in samenwerking met de hoofduitvoerder; - Voeren van overleg met opdrachtgevers, architecten en adviseurs; - Controleren van werkbonnen, urenstaten en materiaallevering; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen.
