Als Uitvoerder Woningbouw vervul je een cruciale rol binnen het bouwproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing op de bouwplaats en fungeert als de schakel tussen het kantoor en de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen, planning en budget worden uitgevoerd. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en onderaannemers om tot het beste resultaat te komen. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van de voortgang en het signaleren van mogelijke knelpunten. Met jouw ervaring en proactieve houding weet je uitdagingen vroegtijdig te herkennen en adequaat op te lossen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een veilige werkomgeving door toe te zien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: - Het aansturen en motiveren van het bouwteam en onderaannemers; - Het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en budget van woningbouwprojecten; - Het organiseren en leiden van bouwvergaderingen; - Het tijdig signaleren en oplossen van technische problemen tijdens de uitvoering; - Het controleren van de kwaliteit van geleverde materialen en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere belanghebbenden; - Het toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen In deze functie zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Na gebleken geschiktheid kun je doorgroeien naar Senior Uitvoerder of Projectleider, waarbij je de verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere en complexere bouwprojecten. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in duurzaam bouwen of je te ontwikkelen richting een technisch of commercieel managementfunctie.
