Digitale producten struikelen zelden over techniek. Ze struikelen over aannames: iemand bedacht wat de gebruiker zou willen, en niemand ging het na. Als UX Designer is dat precies jouw werk. Je staat aan het begin van je loopbaan, niet aan het begin van je denken. De uitdaging Als UX Designer kom je in dienst bij LINKIT en ga je aan het werk bij toonaangevende opdrachtgevers in overheid, finance en logistiek. Volwassen organisaties met bestaande systemen, veel belanghebbenden en gebruikers die zich geen verdwaalmomenten kunnen veroorloven. Je begint bij het gedrag dat je daadwerkelijk ziet. Via interviews, observatie en data breng je in kaart waar het proces vastloopt, en dat vertaal je naar user flows, prototypes en UI in Figma die precies genoeg is uitgewerkt om te bouwen. Je werkt in agile teams naast developers en consultants, en legt je keuzes uit in taal die ook overtuigt zonder designachtergrond. Toegankelijkheid is een ontwerpeis, geen sluitstuk. Je plek Je werkt binnen de Design squad, waar onderzoek, procesanalyse en ontwerp dicht op elkaar zitten. Je collega's kennen de organisatie achter het vraagstuk en kunnen je vertellen waarom een proces is zoals het is. Om de twee weken komen alle Explorers op vrijdag samen op ons hoofdkantoor in De Meern: de clubdag.
