Als Junior Vastgoedadviseur krijg je de kans om je bouwkundige kennis toe te passen op echte vastgoedvraagstukken. Je onderzoekt de technische staat van gebouwen, denkt mee over onderhoud en verduurzaming en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar duidelijke adviezen voor vastgoedeigenaren en opdrachtgevers. De ene dag ben je op locatie voor een bouwkundige inspectie, de volgende dag werk je op kantoor aan een rapportage, onderhoudsplan of advies. Je krijgt daardoor vanaf het begin een brede kijk op vastgoed en ontwikkelt jezelf tot een adviseur die techniek en vastgoed met elkaar weet te verbinden. Als Junior Vastgoedadviseur werk je aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken rondom technisch vastgoedmanagement, onderhoud, renovatie en verduurzaming . Je begint vaak bij het gebouw zelf. Tijdens een inspectie beoordeel je de technische staat van onderdelen zoals gevels, daken, kozijnen, installaties en algemene bouwkundige elementen. Je legt je bevindingen zorgvuldig vast en analyseert waar onderhoud of verbetering nodig is. Maar je kijkt verder dan alleen de huidige staat van een gebouw. Je denkt ook mee over de toekomst. Wat moet er de komende jaren gebeuren om een gebouw goed te onderhouden? Waar liggen mogelijkheden voor verduurzaming? Welke werkzaamheden zijn technisch noodzakelijk en welke investeringen zijn op langere termijn verstandig? Je vertaalt deze informatie naar een praktisch en onderbouwd advies. Daarbij werk je samen met ervaren vastgoedadviseurs, opdrachtgevers, beheerders, aannemers en andere specialisten. Je leert hoe je technische informatie begrijpelijk maakt voor verschillende stakeholders en hoe jouw advies uiteindelijk word...
