Wil jij gebouwen inspecteren én bijdragen aan een duurzame toekomst? Als Junior Vastgoedinspecteur breng je de technische staat van vastgoed in kaart en ontdek je waar onderhoud en verduurzaming nodig zijn. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot specialist in vastgoedonderhoud en duurzaam vastgoed. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Vastgoedinspecteur beoordeel je voor onze opdrachtgever de technische staat van verschillende gebouwen. Je gaat op locatie en voert visuele vastgoedinspecties uit, waarbij je kijkt naar bouwkundige onderdelen, onderhoud en verduurzaming. Je brengt gebreken en aandachtspunten duidelijk in kaart en beoordeelt welke werkzaamheden nodig zijn. Daarbij leer je werken met conditiemetingen volgens NEN 2767 en andere relevante richtlijnen. Je bespreekt jouw bevindingen regelmatig met de opdrachtgever. Na een inspectie werk je jouw bevindingen zorgvuldig uit en vertaal je deze naar duidelijke rapportages. Een belangrijk onderdeel hiervan is het opstellen en actualiseren van (Duurzame) Meerjarenonderhoudsplannen, ook wel DMJOP's genoemd. Je kijkt daarbij niet alleen naar noodzakelijk onderhoud, maar ook naar kansen om gebouwen toekomstbestendiger en duurzamer te maken. Ongeveer 60% van je tijd besteed je aan het uitwerken van inspecties en 20% aan inspecties op locatie. De overige tijd gebruik je voor overleg en het verwerken van feedback. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van visuele en bouwkundige vastgoedinspecties op verschillende locaties; - Beoordelen van de technische staat, onderhoudsbehoefte en verduurzamingsmogelijkheden van gebouwen; - Uitwerken van inspectieresultaten en vastleggen van bouwkundige gebreken; - Opstellen en actualiseren van (Duurzame) Meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (DMJOP); - Uitvoeren en verwerken van conditiemetingen volgens NEN 2767; - Overleggen met opdrachtgevers over onderhoud, kosten en verduurzaming; - Verwerken van feedback en aanpassen van rapportages en onderhoudsplannen.
