Als Junior Vastgoedmanager ben jij betrokken bij het volledige proces van vastgoedontwikkeling en -beheer. Jij ondersteunt bij het adviseren van opdrachtgevers, het coördineren van projecten en het bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en budget. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's, bouwpartners en opdrachtgevers om projecten van A tot Z te begeleiden. Jouw rol is veelzijdig: de ene dag ben je bezig met financiële analyses en bouwkostenramingen, de volgende dag voer je overleg met architecten en aannemers op de bouwplaats. Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan innovatieve, duurzame projecten en leert van ervaren professionals die jou graag verder helpen in jouw ontwikkeling. Jouw taken omvatten: - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van bouwkostenramingen en financiële analyses; - Coördineren van projecten in samenwerking met interne en externe partijen; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over duurzame en circulaire bouwoplossingen; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het bouwproces; - Uitvoeren van locatiebezoeken en voortgangsbesprekingen met bouwpartners; - Bijdragen aan innovatieve gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten met focus op duurzaamheid.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Je start als Junior Vastgoedmanager, maar met de juiste inzet en ontwikkeling kun je doorgroeien naar Vastgoedmanager of Projectleider. Het bureau investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en begeleiding door ervaren collega's. Denk aan trainingen op het gebied van duurzaam bouwen, projectmanagement of specifieke technische vakgebieden. Jouw groei staat centraal.
