The posting

Voor een innovatieve dienstverlener binnen de vastgoedsector zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Vastgoedtaxateur. In deze functie bepaal je de marktwaarde van residentieel vastgoed door marktinformatie, financiële gegevens en verschillende waarderingsmethodes te combineren. Daarbij maak je gebruik van digitale tools en artificiële intelligentie.

Je hoeft nog geen ervaring als taxateur te hebben. Vanaf je eerste werkdag volg je een intensief opleidingstraject waarin je het vak stap voor stap leert.

Als Junior Vastgoedtaxateur maak je waardebepalingen van onroerende goederen in het kader van hypothecaire kredieten.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het verzamelen, controleren en analyseren van vastgoed- en marktgegevens.
  • Het bepalen van de marktwaarde van residentiële panden.
  • Het toepassen van de juiste schattingsmethodes.
  • Het uitvoeren van waarderingen op afstand, ondersteund door digitale toepassingen en artificiële intelligentie.
  • Het gestructureerd verwerken van complexe financiële en vastgoedgegevens.
  • Het onderbouwen van je waardebepalingen aan de hand van beschikbare data en marktkennis.
  • Het verder ontwikkelen van je kennis van de vastgoedmarkt en relevante marktontwikkelingen.

Deze functie bevindt zich op instapniveau. Ervaring als vastgoedtaxateur is niet vereist.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een erkend masterdiploma als handelsingenieur of burgerlijk ingenieur.
  • Sterke analytische en cijfermatige vaardigheden.
  • Een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en methodische werkstijl.
  • Interesse in het analyseren van data, het uitvoeren van berekeningen en het interpreteren van financiële gegevens.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een functionele kennis van het Frans.
  • Een duidelijke interesse in vastgoed en waarderingsmethodieken.
  • Affiniteit met digitale toepassingen en interesse in het gebruik van artificiële intelligentie.
  • De motivatie om een intensief opleidingstraject te volgen en je duurzaam binnen deze expertise te ontwikkelen.

Een eerste ervaring binnen een analytische, financiële, bouwkundige of vastgoedgerelateerde omgeving vormt een pluspunt, maar is geen vereiste.
