Je gaat bij ons als junior vergunningverlener aan de slag met het beoordelen en afhandelen van eenvoudige vergunningaanvragen volgens de Omgevingswet. Daarbij werk je dagelijks aan een veilige en prettige leefomgeving. Je toetst aanvragen aan wet- en regelgeving, zoekt naar haalbare oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat inwoners en bedrijven goed worden geholpen. Samenwerking staat centraal in deze functie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende teams en overlegt regelmatig aan de Omgevingstafel om jouw vraagstukken te bespreken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures van de door jou behandelde aanvragen. Ook draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het VTH-beleid en help je mee om de regels binnen het Omgevingsplan duidelijk en toepasbaar te houden. Deze functie biedt veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid. Je hebt de regie over het hele vergunningenproces, waardoor je direct impact hebt op de fysieke leefomgeving. Je schakelt dagelijks met inwoners, bedrijven en collega's en krijgt de kans om mee te denken over beleidsontwikkeling.
