Wil jij ook bij ons team? Wij hebben een aanbieding! Als Junior Orthopedisch Verstrekker Prothesen, RIZIV geregistreerd of bereid om je erkenningsnummers nog te behalen. Tijdens je leerperiode werk je nauw samen met een van onze ervaren verstrekkers, die je begeleidt en alle kneepjes van het vak leert. Je zult jouw reeds verworven technische kennis combineren met een klantgerichte en multidisciplinaire aanpak (samenwerking met artsen, kinesisten en ergotherapeuten) om holistische hulpmiddelenzorg te bieden. Je hebt passie voor innovatie en werkt graag mee aan een toekomst van verbeterde orthesen en holistische patiënt-benadering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Junior Verstrekker Prothesen assisteer je de verstrekker bij het toelichten, aanpassen en afleveren van kwalitatieve orthesen aan de patiënt.

  • Je helpt bij het aanmeten en afleveren van orthopedische hulpmiddelen, rekening houdend met de medische gegevens van de patiënt.
  • Je assisteert bij het uitvoeren van de nodige onderzoeken.
  • Je leert onze werkingsprocedures en past deze toe
  • Je verwerkt aanpassingen nauwkeurig in het orthopedisch atelier.
  • Je leert aanvragen voor hulpmiddelen correct in te dienen en de nomenclatuur correct toe te passen.
  • Je stelt samen met de verstrekker een hulpmiddelenplan per patiënt op.
  • Kortom: je leert de volledige werking van A tot Z, zodat je na je leerperiode zelfstandig op pad kunt gaan.

Dit ben jij:

  • Je bent net afgestudeerd of of hebt al enige werkervaring als orthopedisch verstrekker Prothesen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma orthopedie Prothesen en hebt een RIZIV erkenningsnummer (of je bent bereid dit te behalen)
  • Je beheerst de kunst van nauwkeurige aanmeettechnieken
  • Je hebt passie voor innovatie en 3D-printing mogelijkheden
  • Klantvriendelijkheid en collegialiteit draag je hoog in het vaandel
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je gedreven voor ‘first time right’, om het aantal pasfasen te minimaliseren en zodoende het comfort van je patiënt te vergroten
  • Je bent een teamplayer met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je hebt zin voor initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt de drive om anderen te begeleiden en inspireren
