Junior wagenparkbeheerder (m/v) - Zaandam Als junior wagenparkbeheerder bij Albert Keijzer creëer jij samen met de technische bedrijfsleider overzicht en plan jij het onderhoud intern en extern. Er wordt gewerkt met een geavanceerd onderhoudspakket waarbij er continu contact is met monteurs en chauffeurs. Je draagt zorg voor de juiste registraties van ruim 250 eenheden. Via dit systeem lopen ook alle interne lijnen met het management, de administratie, reiniging en overige afdelingen. Als Junior wagenparkbeheerder zorg je ervoor dat het materieel altijd op en top onderhouden is. Je draagt zorg voor de volledige administratieve borging zodat de afdeling planning en de chauffeurs met goed onderhouden materieel hun werk kunnen uitvoeren. Jouw bijdrage is essentieel voor de kwaliteit waar Albert Keijzer voor staat. Wat ga je doen? - Je zorgt ervoor dat het materieel efficiënt wordt onderhouden; - Je stemt met de werkplaats de werkorders af; - Je maakt korte en langetermijn onderhoudsplanningen; - Je creëert overzicht en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling; - Je analyseert de data en presenteert dit aan het management; - Je zorgt voor uitvoering van noodplannen indien nodig; Kortom: jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles blijft draaien. Wie zoeken wij? - Je hebt een afgeronde technische hbo-opleiding; - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de transportsector; - Je hebt inzicht in werkplaats processen en materieelinzet; - Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt makkelijk tussen monteurs, chauffeurs en interne afdelingen; - Je bent stressbestendig en denkt in oplossingen; - Je hebt kennis van trucks en trailers; - Je bent bij voorkeur meertalig; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht, ook onder druk.
