Wat ga je doen?

Na een grondige opleidingsperiode krijg je je eigen werf. Je stuurt een team van arbeiders en ploegbazen aan. Je plant de werken, volgt de uitvoering op en zorgt dat alles op tijd en correct wordt opgeleverd.

Loopt er iets niet zoals gepland? Dan zoek je samen met het projectteam naar een oplossing. Je organiseert werfvergaderingen, houdt de klant op de hoogte en waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu op de werf.

Je rapporteert over je project en werkt nauw samen met een projectvoorbereider en een projectleider.

Wie we zoeken?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master Bouw of Elektromechanica op zak.
  • Eerste ervaring in de bouw of een productieomgeving is een plus, maar geen must. We leiden je op.
  • Je durft een team te leiden, ook als het je eerste keer is. Iedereen begint ooit.
  • Je bent flexibel: spoorwerken gebeuren vaak buiten de klassieke uren. Weekendwerk wordt vergoed met premies en levert je recup op, die je zelf inplant, bijvoorbeeld voor een extra lange vakantie.
  • Frans is geen vereiste, maar wel een troef, zeker als je klant een dagje in Wallonië zit.
