The posting

Een vooraanstaand Europees bedrijf op het gebied van hoogwaardige staalconstructies zoekt een (Junior) Site Manager. Dit bedrijf staat bekend om zijn uitgebreide knowhow en hoge kwaliteitsstandaards en is actief in internationale projecten op het gebied van hoogbouw, bruggen, pretparkattracties, en diverse architectonische en industriële constructies.

Momenteel werkt het bedrijf aan verschillende prestigieuze projecten, zoals een groot project in Rotterdam, diverse fietsbruggen, en pretparkattracties in Europa, Azië en de Verenigde Staten.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

Tijdens je inwerkperiode:

  • Tijdens de inwerkperiode word je begeleid door het hoofd montage om kennis te maken met alle aspecten van het bedrijf.
  • Vervolgens word je ingezet op grotere werven en krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de montage-activiteiten, in samenwerking met een ploegbaas.
  • Je leert de administratieve, organisatorische en veiligheidsaspecten van een grote werf kennen, inclusief het opvolgen van onderaannemingswerken.
  • Je helpt ervoor te zorgen dat zowel de eigen teams als de onderaannemers binnen de gestelde budgetten en termijnen werken.
  • Je ondersteunt de projectmanager bij het opsporen, begroten, opstellen en verdedigen van meerwerken in de vereiste contractuele taal.
  • Je woont werfvergaderingen bij in overleg met de projectmanager en verdedigt de belangen van het bedrijf ten opzichte van de klant en andere aannemer.

Na je inwerkperiode:

  • Na dit traject word je verantwoordelijk voor de werforganisatie van grote projecten. Je bent dan de hoofdverantwoordelijke op de bouwplaats en werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager en het hoofd montage, aan wie je uitvoerig rapporteert.

Wie zoeken we nu precies?

  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een diploma professionele bachelor bouw of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde of je hebt al wat relevante ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je bent een praktisch ingestelde persoon die van aanpakken weet.
  • Je zoekt geen negen-tot-vijf-baan en bent flexibel.
  • Je bent bereid om, indien de werf dit vereist, voor een korte periode naar het buitenland te gaan.
  • Je beheerst perfect de Nederlandse taal, maar schrikt er ook niet voor terug om werven te leiden waar de voertaal Engels is
