Klaar om na je bouwopleiding de stap te zetten van theorie naar echte werven? Als junior werfleider krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan uiteenlopende renovatieprojecten en geleidelijk steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Een ervaren projectleider begeleidt je tijdens je eerste maanden, zodat je de technische én organisatorische kant van werfopvolging grondig leert kennen. Veel van je tijd breng je op de werf door, dicht bij de uitvoering en de mensen die het project realiseren. Dankzij de interne begeleiding is eerdere werkervaring geen vereiste en ligt er een duidelijk traject richting werfleider of projectleider voor je klaar.

Als junior werfleider ondersteun je de dagelijkse opvolging en organisatie van de werf.

  • Werven worden opgevolgd op vlak van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Ploegen, leveranciers en andere partijen worden praktisch gecoördineerd.
  • Materialen en leveringen worden tijdig voorbereid en opgevolgd.
  • Technische plannen vormen de basis voor controle van de uitvoering.
  • Administratie en rapportering houd je overzichtelijk bij.

Profiel

Als junior werfleider beschik je over een bouwkundige basis en veel zin om bij te leren.

  • Een bachelor- of masteropleiding bouwkunde vormt een sterke basis.
  • Schoolverlaters komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en praktisch inzicht typeren jouw aanpak.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands is belangrijk.
