De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag als werfleider er uit?

  • Voorbereiden, Coördineren en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden
  • Heer en meester over de materialen ben jij als werfleider, waarnaast je controle uitvoert over de leveringen
  • Je ontfermt je ook over de personeelsplanning
  • Tussen de werf, productie en projectleider ben jij hét schakelpunt waarbij je controle uitvoert over de uitgevoerde werken
  • Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de administratieve én technische aspecten van projecten
  • Bijwonen van coördinatievergaderingen
  • Aansturen van eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers
  • Welke taken zijn de belangrijkste? Kwaliteit, veiligheid, organisatie en snelheid
  • Nacalculatie en werfopvolging vallen ook onder jouw takenpakket
  • Organiseren van werven
  • Rapporteren aan de projectleider

Onze klant Onze klant startte in de jaren zestig als een eenmanszaak. Die tijd ligt al lang achter ons, want vandaag is het bedrijf uitgegroeid tot een belangrijke speler op de Vlaamse markt, met een focus op appartements- en utiliteitsbouw. De onderneming telt vandaag 80 medewerkers en wordt gekenmerkt door een vlakke structuur met directe communicatie.

Wanneer je bij onze klant aan de slag gaat, kan je je verwachten aan een goede sfeer waarbij persoonlijke ontplooiing centraal staat. Zo zal je dankzij de uitdagende projecten heel wat bijleren.   • Je hebt een hogere opleiding Bachelor bouwkunde of Master bouwkunde genoten
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in eenzelfde functie zijn ook voldoende!
  • Feeling voor verantwoordelijkheid, cijfergevoel én zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Skills om organisatorisch en planmatig te werken
  • Je bent zowel een teamplayer als een individu
