Voor een algemene aannemer in Melsele ?? zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Werfleider ruwbouw ??

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit:

  • Je werkt nauw samen met de werfleider/projectleider van het project.
  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Je helpt de continuïteit van de werf te verzekeren door een tijdige bestelling en afroep van de materialen, een vlotte communicatie met en opvolging van onderaannemers.
  • Je helpt organisatorisch mee leiding te geven aan een team van bouwvakkers en weet hen te motiveren om het beste rendement te behalen.
  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en respecteren van de planning.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uit te voeren werken en zorgt dat iedereen veilig en efficiënt kan werken.
  • Je woont actief werfvergaderingen bij.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een volledige uitvoering tegen de voorlopige oplevering en de nazorg tot aan de definitieve oplevering.
  • Je communiceert aan de (assistent-) projectleider over de technische en administratieve opvolging en de personeelszaken op de werf.

Profiel

Wij zoeken jou! ??

  • Je hebt een bachelor in de bouw
  • Je bent flexibel en een doorzetter – jij levert graag puik werk af.
  • Je bent leergierig, een initiatiefnemer, en ja: ook een problem solver.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot. Als je je ook in andere talen kan uitdrukken, is dit een echte plus!
  • Je kan overweg met MS Office
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
