Junior Werkvoorbereider Full time Junior Werkvoorbereider Ben jij een (junior) werkvoorbereider/calculator en krijg je energie van het goed voorbereiden en organiseren van projecten? Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige professional die graag de verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de voorbereiding, calculatie en planning van diverse projecten. Als werkvoorbereider/calculator zorg je ervoor dat projecten van begin tot eind goed worden voorbereid. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het inmeten en opnemen van projecten. - Het opstellen van kostenramingen en werkbegrotingen. - Het maken van planningen en bewaken van de voortgang. - Het uitzoeken, aanvragen en bestellen van materieel en materiaal. - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Het verwerken van gegevens en documentatie in de daarvoor bestemde systemen. Wat wordt er gevraagd Wij zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, nauwkeurig is en goed overzicht houdt. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een mbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. - Een geldig rijbewijs B. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Ervaring met AutoCAD, RAW-bestekken, KAM-systemen, Word en Excel. - Een gemotiveerde en flexibele werkhouding. - Ervaring met BRL7000 is een pré.
