Je begeleidt en treft voorbereidingen voor diverse projecten. Je werkt diverse planningen uit en zet ze op, zoals de voorbereidingsplanning, inkoopplanning en algemene planning. Je kan een inkoopoverzicht, werkbegroting en kostenbewaking opstellen, makkelijk technische tekeningen lezen, interpreteren en vertalen naar de bouw en kan offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers technisch en inhoudelijk beoordelen. Inkoopcontracten vastleggen en voorbereidingen treffen van inkoop. Signaleren en documenteren van minder- en meerwerk, en verder het ontwerpen en lezen van projecten in Revit. Vereisten Junior werkvoorbereider - Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de Bouwkunde; - Je bent communicatief sterk en vind het leuk om nieuwe mensen te leren kennen; - Je bent erg proactief en flexibel ingesteld; - Je hebt een leergierige werkhouding en wilt graag nieuwe dingen leren.
