Als Junior Werkvoorbereider ben jij de schakel tussen het projectteam en de uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid worden, zodat de uitvoerders en vakmensen hun werk soepel kunnen doen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat alles op tijd en binnen budget verloopt. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen in een veelzijdige rol waarin je leert om complexe renovatieprojecten van A tot Z voor te bereiden. Daarnaast word je actief begeleid door ervaren collega's die je helpen om door te groeien naar een volwaardige Werkvoorbereider of zelfs Projectleider. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Het maken van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en het coördineren van materialen en middelen; - Het aanvragen van vergunningen en het verzorgen van de benodigde documentatie; - Het uitwerken van bestekken en het maken van calculaties voor renovatieprojecten; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en onderaannemers; - Het bezoeken van projectlocaties om de voortgang te monitoren en knelpunten te signaleren; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid tijdens de voorbereidingsfase.
