Bij Krijgsman Bouw krijg je de kans om jouw bouwkundige kennis in te zetten en verder te groeien als Werkvoorbereider binnen een hecht en betrokken team. Over de functie Als Junior Werkvoorbereider bij Krijgsman Bouw ben je betrokken bij de voorbereiding en begeleiding van verschillende bouwprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn, onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers en helpt de planning en voortgang te bewaken. Je krijgt de ruimte om steeds zelfstandiger projecten te begeleiden en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Daarnaast ben je regelmatig aanwezig op de bouwplaatsen, zodat je betrokken blijft bij de uitvoering en jouw bouwkundige kennis verder kunt ontwikkelen. - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van verschillende bouwprojecten. - Inkopen van materialen en afstemmen met leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Meedenken over planning, voortgang en kwaliteit. - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers en betrokken partijen. - Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op projecten om de praktijk te blijven volgen. Wat we bieden - Salaris van €4.000 tot €5.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - 40 vrije dagen. - Ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als werkvoorbereider. - Een afwisselende functie met zowel kantoorwerk als betrokkenheid bij de projecten. - Werken binnen een hecht bouwbedrijf met korte lijnen en veel zelfstandigheid.
