Als junior werkvoorbereider ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding en organisatie van verschillende bouwprojecten binnen de woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en industrie. Samen met de projectleider en een ervaren werkvoorbereider zorg je ervoor dat projecten goed worden voorbereid en het bouwproces soepel verloopt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met de planning, inkoop en het tijdig beschikbaar hebben van materialen, mensen en middelen. Daarnaast ben je regelmatig op de bouwplaats aanwezig om de voortgang te volgen en contact te onderhouden met uitvoerders, leveranciers en installateurs. Ook neem je deel aan werk- en bouwvergaderingen en ondersteun je bij het bewaken van kwaliteit en het inzichtelijk houden van meer- en minderwerk. Je krijgt binnen deze functie volop de ruimte om het vak in de praktijk te leren. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en groei je door richting een zelfstandige werkvoorbereidersrol. volop in ontwikkeling en werkt aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten in Noord-Nederland. De projecten lopen uiteen van woningbouw in stedelijke omgevingen tot utiliteitsbouw en industriële projecten. Complexe en uitdagende projecten worden juist gezien als een mooie uitdaging. Kwaliteit, samenwerking en vakmanschap staan centraal bij het realiseren van toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Vanuit twee locaties in Noord-Nederland wordt gewerkt aan projecten in onder andere stadscentra en industriële omgevingen.
