Deze werkvoorbereider moet de werktekeningen controleren op juistheid, technische uitvoerbaarheid, volledigheid, regelgeving, kwaliteit en contractuele afspraken. Maakt diverse schema's en planningen om de voortgang van het project te bewaken. Tevens ben je betrokken bij de inkoop van alle benodigde onderdelen waarbij je offertes aanvraagt en controleert. Je stuurt en controleert de productietekeningen, voert zelfstandig overleg met derden en werkt in een team van een projectleider, uitvoerder, andere werkvoorbereider(s) en eventueel kopersbegeleider. Je zet onderaannemers en specialisten in en stelt meer- en minderwerken calculaties op het project. Vereisten Junior werkvoorbereider bouw - Je beschikt over een afgeronde MBO/HBO opleiding Bouwkunde; - Je hebt 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken; - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Je bent een ambitieuze, besluitvaardige en gedreven teamspeler; - Ten slotte ben je ook stressbestendig en heb je geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit.
