Junior Werkvoorbereider Bouw Vanaf € 3.600,- bruto per maand Voor deze functie als junior werkvoorbereider bouw zoeken we vooral iemand die verder wil groeien in het vak. - Afgeronde HBO-opleiding Bouwkunde - Bij voorkeur ongeveer 2 jaar relevante ervaring; stage-ervaring telt mee - Je hebt affiniteit met werkvoorbereiding en de uitvoering van bouwprojecten - Je bent praktisch, leergierig en organisatorisch sterk - Je durft vragen te stellen en neemt zelf initiatief - Je vindt het leuk om zowel op kantoor als op de bouwplaats betrokken te zijn Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving Heb jij HBO Bouwkunde afgerond en tijdens je opleiding al de nodige praktijkervaring opgedaan? Of werk je inmiddels één of twee jaar als werkvoorbereider? Voor een middelgroot bouwbedrijf in Noord-Nederland zoeken wij een junior werkvoorbereider bouw die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de werkvoorbereiding. Je hoeft dus nog niet alles te kunnen. Belangrijker is dat je een goede bouwkundige basis hebt, graag wilt leren en ondertussen voldoende praktijk hebt gezien om te begrijpen hoe een bouwproject in elkaar zit. Stage-ervaring telt voor ons gewoon mee. Functie-informatie Als junior werkvoorbereider bouw werk je samen met ervaren werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en uitvoerders aan uiteenlopende projecten in woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en industrie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Voorbereiden en plannen van bouwwerkzaamheden - Controleren van tekeningen en bouwkundige gegevens - Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes - Ondersteunen bij de inkoop van materialen en diensten - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en onderaannemers - Afstemmen met de uitvoerder over de voortgang op de bouwplaats - Bijhouden van meer- en minderwerk - Meedenken over praktische en slimme oplossingen Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en ga je onderdelen van projecten zelfstandig oppakken.
