Wil jij de basis leggen voor succesvolle bouwprojecten? Als Junior Werkvoorbereider Bouw zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is voordat de uitvoering start. Je ontwikkelt jezelf binnen uitdagende projecten en groeit stap voor stap uit tot een onmisbare schakel in het bouwproces. Wat ga je doen?Als Junior Werkvoorbereider Bouw ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten voor onze opdrachtgever. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, planningen en technische informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn, zodat de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je controleert tekeningen, vraagt offertes op en bewaakt de voortgang van de voorbereiding. Zo draag je bij aan een efficiënte uitvoering van renovatie-, onderhouds- en nieuwbouwprojecten. Daarnaast houd je de projectadministratie actueel en signaleer je knelpunten voordat ze problemen veroorzaken. Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van werkplanningen, verwerkt wijzigingen in projectdocumentatie en onderhoudt contact met betrokken partijen. Met begeleiding van ervaren collega's leer je steeds meer over bouwprocessen, werkvoorbereiding en projectcoördinatie. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot een zelfstandige werkvoorbereider met volop doorgroeimogelijkheden. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen; - Controleren van bouwtekeningen en technische documenten; - Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Inkopen en bestellen van materialen; - Ondersteunen bij de projectadministratie en documentbeheer; - Afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en externe partijen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over praktische oplossingen. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of Built Environment; - Affiniteit met bouwprocessen en projectvoorbereiding; - Kennis van AutoCAD, Revit of vergelijkbare software is een pré; - Goede beheersing van de N.
